We source from authorised distributor overstock and cross-border supplier channels, allowing prices below retail. Every order is invoiced and dispatched from our verified supplier warehouse network.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Verified Outlet website and all purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

“Customer”, “you”, “your” refer to the user or purchaser;
“Goods” refer to products sold through the website.
2. Products and Authenticity
Verified Outlet offers new, authentic products only, supplied in original packaging, and may include original manuals and accessories where applicable.
Products are sourced through selected supply and distribution channels that are continuously evaluated by the Company for product quality and authenticity.
Minor differences in packaging, regional manuals, labels, or accessories may occur depending on the sourcing region and production batch.
Product photographs, descriptions, colors, packaging, and included accessories may slightly differ from the actual product depending on the production batch, screen settings, or supplier packaging updates.
The Company reserves the right to modify product information or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR.
Prices include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees and any additional charges are displayed during checkout where applicable.
All promotional offers, discounts, and campaigns are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Discounts and promotional codes are non-cumulative unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orders are currently processed on a prepayment basis via bank transfer according to the invoice issued by the Company, unless otherwise specified during checkout.
Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.
The Company reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.
4. Orders
After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email. The confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
Placing an order through the website does not automatically guarantee product availability or order acceptance. Orders are reviewed by the Company and processed after invoice issuance and payment confirmation.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
- product unavailability;
- technical or pricing errors;
- suspected fraudulent activity;
- inability to verify payment or delivery information;
- abuse of promotions or discounts.
If an order is canceled after payment, the Customer will receive a refund using the original payment method, where possible.
To ensure fairness and security, each Customer may maintain only one account unless otherwise approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or refuse service in cases involving fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are informational only and may vary depending on:
- destination country;
- courier services;
- customs procedures;
- seasonal demand;
- operational delays;
- force majeure events.
Tracking information is generally provided by email once the order has been dispatched.
The Company is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or other Customer-related reasons, additional shipping fees may apply.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the Customer may be responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or other local charges.
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the Goods have been delivered to the delivery address, parcel locker, collection point, or other delivery location selected by the Customer.
If a shipment is considered lost and no shipping updates are available within 60 days, the Company will review the case and may offer a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Company by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned Goods must:
- be unused and unworn;
- be returned in original condition;
- include original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and protective elements.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Company may reduce the refund amount if the value of the Goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned Goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. Warranty and Faulty Goods
Consumers are entitled to legal conformity guarantees under applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
In addition, the Company provides a 2-year warranty for all products sold through the website, starting from the date of delivery.
The order number and purchase invoice serve as proof of warranty with the Company.
The Company is responsible for providing warranty support and handling warranty-related claims for products purchased through the website.
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the Customer must contact the Company and provide: the order number; a detailed description of the issue; supporting photos or videos where applicable.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights, the Company may offer: repair; replacement product or parts; partial or full refund, or store credit.
All returned products may be inspected before approval of any warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear;
- accidental damage;
- misuse or improper handling;
- unauthorized repairs or modifications;
- cosmetic deterioration caused by regular use;
- water damage where the product is not designed for such exposure;
- damage caused by failure to follow usage or care instructions.
The condition of the Goods (including watches, accessories, parts, packaging, and boxes) must be thoroughly checked upon delivery, and any visible defects, discrepancies, missing items, or damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The Company is not liable for issues reported after this period where the defect or damage was visible upon delivery.
The Company’s warranty applies independently of any manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note that individual watch brands may also include their own warranty guidelines, care instructions, or service recommendations inside the product packaging and manuals, which Customers are encouraged to review before use.
Nothing in these Terms affects the Customer’s mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain product images, brand names, trademarks, packaging visuals, and promotional materials displayed on the website may belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational, identification, and illustrative purposes related to the offered products.
The Company does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, brand assets, or manufacturer-provided materials unless explicitly stated otherwise.
No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission from the respective rights holder.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- loss of profits or business;
- data loss;

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected product(s), excluding customs duties, taxes, shipping costs, and any third-party service fees, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters; war; strikes; pandemics; governmental restrictions; supply chain disruptions; courier or logistics interruptions.

Complaints should include order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and relevant supporting materials,e.g., photos, videos.
The Company aims to respond within 7 business days.
The Customer may also have the right to use applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under consumer protection laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Latvia unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
In case of discrepancies between translated versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase applies to the respective order.
The updated Terms become effective upon publication on the website.
